Summo Notes runs summonotes.com.au and sells digital study materials. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@summonotes.com.au.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist or sign up for updates. This is handled through our email provider, Kit, with confirmed opt in.
- Order details, if you buy from us. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. We do not see or store your card details.
- Basic usage data through analytics and standard server logs, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
How we use it
To send you the updates you asked for and to let you confirm your subscription. To deliver and support the products you buy. To improve the site and our materials. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site: Kit for email, Lemon Squeezy for payments, Google Analytics for usage data, and Vercel for hosting. Each handles your data only to provide their service. Some of them store data outside Australia.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Google Analytics.
Our emails come through Kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold, or to remove you from our list. Email hello@summonotes.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and you can raise a concern with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied.
