What we sell
Summo Notes makes original, condensed study materials, practice exams and flashcards for professional certification candidates. They are study aids, written by us from scratch.
Independence
Summo Notes is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional body. We refer to certification, program and subject names only to describe what our materials cover. We use no official logos, colours or insignia, and we make no claim of endorsement.
Your licence to use the materials
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non commercial licence to use it for your own study. You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, publish or upload our materials, in whole or in part, to any other person, website, file sharing service or platform. We keep all intellectual property rights in the materials.
No guarantee of results
Our materials are study aids. We do not guarantee any particular exam result.
Pricing, payment and delivery
Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record and handles any applicable tax. Products are delivered as instant digital downloads.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or refunding what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
